New World Organics genuinely cares about their community and strives to provide the highest quality cannabis medicine and patient care the Maine medical marijuana program community. Serving their patients in Belfast, they have successfully treated dozens of patients while always improving their products and processes to offer the best cannabis experience they can.

History:
Serving as Maine Medical Marijuana Program Caregivers since 2010, the founding team members of New World Organics are grass-roots cannabis advocates with over twenty-five years working in the medical marijuana industry in different capacities. They passionately believe in the healing power of cannabis and began New World Organics to share its medical prowess with patients across Maine. Since opening, New World Organics has seen continuous and steady growth over their last six years of service, and always are working to better their services and reach a broader range of potential patients.

Staff:
New World Organics strives to offer a more personal medical marijuana experience than typical dispensaries, and work in close collaboration as caregivers with each of their patients to find the right strain and method to suit their specific symptoms. They’re responsive to their patient's needs, creating new in-house strains for patients and providing private cannabis consultations for all new patients to discuss each patient’s needs, concerns, and options. Menu:
All marijuana products at New World Organics are cultivated in-house, as farm to table cannabis is their specialty. They typically carry anywhere from eight to twelve strains in their dispensary, with both sun-grown and indoor options in addition to their famous Grom, a mix of Chem Dawg, Wavy Gravy, and Romulan, and their Sour Girl, a cross of Mother of Berries and Super Bud. New World Organics also develops their in-house rosin, dry sifts and topicals as well as a variety of disposable vaping options and Roils Vape Pens. All menu items are tested through Tested Labs in Falmouth, Maine.

New World Organics’ dispensary is currently cash only and proudly provides ten percent off to all veterans and seniors. Through their reward card system, patients earn $5 towards every $100 spent towards future purchases. The team at New World Organics asks new patients to schedule a free cannabis consultation for their first visit, and returning patients may walk-in between 12:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Parking is plentiful with handicap accessibility.

The Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park lies across Penobscot Bay, south of the Sears Island Preserve and Witherle Woods near Fort George. Swan Lake and the Swan Lake State Park is a short drive up the 141 highway from Belfast, while both Augusta’s Maine State Museum and the Augusta Civic Center and the Bangor Metropolitan Area and Bangor International Airport are only an hour’s drive away.
