Outliers Collective, adjacent to Gillespie Field in El Cajon, offers licensed, safe access to medical marijuana for qualifying patients. We strive to be pioneers in California’s medical cannabis industry, recognizing our immense responsibility to our patients and hold our processes and services to the highest possible standards.

History:
Launched in response to a lack of safe, quality access to medical cannabis in the El Cajon and San Diego area, Outliers Collective is proud to be the first licensed medical marijuana dispensary in San Diego County. We opened in July 2014 and have been serving the cannabis community continuously, at the same location, ever since.

Managment:
Outliers Collective is managed by OutCo, a full-vertical, licensed purveyor of medical cannabis. As an industry pioneer, OutCo sets a new standard for cultivation, extraction, distribution, and research. Embracing wellness while rooted in science, OutCo delivers the highest quality products that support customer, partner, and community needs. Founded in 2015, OutCo has grown into the largest legal cultivator in Southern California. In 2018, we plan to expand to the recreational cannabis sector as well as throughout San Diego with additional dispensary locations.

Menu:
We are proud to offer OutCo strains and concentrates. As a seed-to-sale company, we maintain control of our products at every stage, from cultivation to harvest, curing, extraction, packaging, and sale. Our indoor grows use natural, sustainable products to ensure the highest quality products. OutCo has the only extraction license in San Diego County, allowing us to produce our own oil and vape cartridges using OutCo strains and supercritical CO2 extraction methods in our state-of-the-art lab.

Our patients particularly love our OutCo Diamond OG, which typically tests at 24.5% THC. In addition to specialty flowers and extractions, Outliers also offers patients a selection of vendor cannabis goods, including CBD balms, topicals, tinctures, and an array of glass and smoking accessories.

Based in El Cajon, Outliers lies in central San Diego county and serves qualifying patients throughout the area. Patients from the El Cajon, Santee, Winter Gardens, Hillsdale, Jamacha, Homelands, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, La Mesa, Grossmont, Casa de Oro-Mount Helix, Jamul, Bostonia, La Presa, Rolando, Del Cerro, Lakeside, Eucalyptus Hills, Blossom Valley, Harbison Canyon, Crest, Dehesa, Granite Hills, Alpine, Miramar and Bonita regions all have quick, easy access to Outliers near the intersection of 8 & 67.


Location Information:
El Cajon is a larger city in San Diego County, surrounded by mountains and northeast of downtown San Diego. Nearby Mission Trails Regional Park offers miles of hiking trails and mountain views down to the Lake Murray area. Grossmont College lies on the western side of the city along Highway 125, and Gillespie Field flies small planes in and out of the area. The Grossmont Center Theatre in southwest El Cajon offers Target, Restoration Hardware Outlet, Guitar Center, Macy’s and Barnes & Noble. From the sizable Parkway Plaza with its carousel to the Santee Trolley Square, Outliers proudly serves our El Cajon patients and beyond.
