Fabric" building. Patient parking is the covered parking area.

As a FIRST TIME PATIENT you will need to have with you, a VALID

& ORIGINAL doctor's recommendation and a VALID California ID. If you

have an out of state ID or passport then we would need to see a copy of

either your current lease agreement, utility bill, or a California DMV

temporary ID with an expiration date as proof of California residency.
