As a reminder here are the purchasing limits:
MEDICAL a retailer may not transfer at any one time to a patient or caregiver, within one day, no more than:
• 24 ounces of usable marijuana;
• 16 ounces of a medical cannabinoid product in solid form
• 72 ounces of a medical cannabinoid product in liquid form;
• 16 ounces of a cannabinoid concentrate whether sold alone or contained in an inhalant delivery system;
• 5 grams of a cannabinoid extract whether sold alone or contained in an inhalant delivery system
• 4 immature marijuana plants
• 50 seeds.
RETAIL A retailer may not transfer at any one time to a consumer, within one day, no more than:
• 1 ounce of usable marijuana
• 16 ounces of a cannabinoid product in solid form; meaning they may purchase multiple 15/50 mg packages of solid edibles, but the total amount of purchased may not exceed the 16 ounces.
• 72 ounces of a cannabinoid product in liquid form
• 5 grams of cannabinoid extracts or concentrates, whether sold alone or contained in an inhalant delivery system
• 4 immature plants
• 10 marijuana seeds
